A sensible diet
I visited the doctor today. Since my last visit three months ago I’ve lost three pounds. So perhaps it’s only the cushion on a deck chair tossed off the Titanic – but the last man out is going to be pissed about having to sit on a metal frame baby!
So your clamoring and wanting to know how I lost the weight right? A sensible diet and some exercise.
That is if a sensible diet includes mackin’ down on some chocolate donuts and Ding Dong’s during a PMS fit. Hey, it’s sensible to save people’s lives right? Give me chocolate or I give you death. My family, after being admitted into PMS protection program, tends to agree.
So this is exciting – it’s a loss and not a gain. Something I’m doing is working out right. Just wait until I post the before and after pictures tonight.
